It’s Not Fair

A conversation between a mother and a teenage son.

“Hi Mom.  What’s for breakfast?” – Old Boy

“Um…well,  bran cereal with a  little soymilk.” – Mom

“No, not what you’re having.  What am I having for breakfast?” – Old Boy

“Oh.  You’re having biscuits, gravy and sausages.” – Mom

Getting older stinks.

  1. I’m in a rut–oatmeal one day, granola the next. I guess it makes it easier because there’s no decisions to make.
